It is perfect with dal-bhat, roti or dhindo.

  1. Roast tomatoes over open flame for smoky flavor, or boil until soft. Let them cool a little.
  2. On the silauta, grind garlic, ginger, and green chilies to a coarse paste.
  3. Add the softened tomatoes and mash/grind everything together until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  4. Add salt and mix.
  5. Garnish with coriander.
