Chicken Mo:Mo(Dumplings)

Momo(Dumplings) is one of the popular dish among Nepali people. It is prepared from small pieces of dough(usually All Purpose Flour) and filled with seasoned meats or vegetables and often wrapped with beautiful designs and then either steamed or fried. It is often served with spicy achar(tangy tomato pickle) which adds cherry on the top of Momo. This makes Momo soft on the outside and juicy inside.
