Boil the noodles

Prepare vegetables

Stir-fry aromatics

Cook the vegetables:

Add noodles and sauces:

  1. Add the boiled noodles to the pan.
  2. Pour in soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss everything well using tongs or two spoons to evenly coat the noodles.

Garnish and serve

  1. Turn off the heat. Garnish with chopped spring onions.Serve hot!
